Goodmorning folks, I want to introduce to you one of the best make-up artist on Instagram. It's the morning beauty (@tmbeauty_). I was planning a wedding and i was in need of a makeup artist for the bride and at the same time I had to work with the bride budget. I did a post for people to tag a good makeup artist they know. I called several makeup artist, some were just rude,some were unrealistic with their budget,some were very good but I could not use them cos it was over my bride's budget.
